Common questions
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. A lot of commercial work has to happen at night, early morning or at the weekend so the business can keep trading. We schedule around you.
Can you work as a subcontractor for a general contractor?
Yes, that is a large part of what we do. We handle the plumbing package on commercial projects and coordinate with the GC and other trades on schedule and inspections.
Do you handle commercial gas piping?
Yes. We are licensed for gas fitting and run gas piping for kitchen equipment, heating plant, rooftop units and generators, with the required permits and inspections.
