Rough plumbing & water distribution
Rough plumbing is the part nobody sees once the drywall goes up, which is exactly why it has to be right before it closes. These are copper and PEX water distribution systems, manifolds, and drain, waste and vent rough-ins: set square, supported properly and pressure tested. Getting this stage right is what keeps a finished bathroom or kitchen quiet, dry and easy to service years later.

New construction & underground
Underground work goes in before the slab does, and once it is buried, changing it means breaking concrete. We set site utilities, underground drain, waste and vent, and new water services, graded to the right fall, bedded and inspected before backfill. This is the stage where builders and general contractors need a plumber who shows up on schedule and gets it right the first time.

Heating, boilers & water heaters
Heat and hot water are the calls that cannot wait, particularly in a Massachusetts winter. These jobs cover boiler installation and replacement, indirect and tankless water heaters, near-boiler piping, circulators and zone controls. Clean near-boiler piping is not only about looks: it is what lets a system run efficiently and lets the next person service it without guesswork.

Commercial work runs to a different clock. Overhead piping, risers, water services and complete systems for commercial buildings and tenant fit-outs, coordinated around the other trades and around a business that usually still has to open in the morning. We work with property managers, general contractors and business owners on new fit-outs and on existing buildings that need work done around operating hours.

This is the part you actually live with. Showers, tubs, vanities, faucets and toilets set level, trimmed, sealed and tested, finished so the tile, the glass and the trim line up the way they were meant to. Every job on this page began as the rough-in work further up.
