Every phase, one plumbing contractor
On a new build, the plumber is involved from before the slab goes down to the day the fixtures are set. Bitas Plumbing does all of it: site and underground drain, waste and vent, water service, rough plumbing and water distribution, gas piping, heating, and finish plumbing.
That matters because the expensive mistakes in plumbing happen early: a drain at the wrong invert, a vent that cannot be run, a water service undersized for the fixture count. Getting the underground and rough right is most of the job.

Can you price a full plumbing package from plans?
Yes. Send the plans and the fixture schedule and we will put together a complete price for the plumbing package, including underground, rough, gas, heating and finish.
Do you work on multi-unit buildings?
Yes. Multi-unit residential and light commercial, including repeated unit layouts where consistency and sequencing matter.
Will you coordinate with our other trades?
Yes. We work around framing, electrical, HVAC and the tile and finish trades, and we talk to the inspector directly on our own work.
Do you do additions and gut renovations too?
Yes. Tying new plumbing into an existing building is its own skill: matching materials, finding capacity in the existing drain and water service, and keeping the occupied part of the house working while we do it.
