This policy explains what Bitas Plumbing collects when you use bitasplumbing.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Bitas Plumbing is a plumbing, heating and gas fitting contractor based in Lowell, Massachusetts.

What we collect

When you submit the request form on this website we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the type of property and work, your town or location, how you would prefer to be contacted, and the description of the job you write. If you email or call us, we hold the contact details and information you give us in that message.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out work, provide quotes and invoices, and keep records of the work we have done. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

• Capoflow: our job and customer management system. Requests submitted through this website are delivered into Capoflow so we can respond to and schedule them. Capoflow processes this information on our behalf.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: a spam and bot check on the form. It runs in your browser to confirm the submission is from a person.
• Our website host and email provider: to run the site and receive messages.

If a submission cannot be delivered immediately (for example during an outage), it is stored temporarily and privately on this website so it is not lost, and it is removed once delivered or after 30 days.

Text messages

We only send you text messages if you separately and explicitly opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on the form. That consent is optional. You can submit the form without it, and we will simply contact you another way. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing, and mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work correctly, and may use analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
