OVERVIEW
The plumber you call for the small job and the big one
Most homeowners meet a plumber on the worst day: a leak through the ceiling, no hot water on a Sunday, a toilet that will not stop running. Bitas Plumbing handles those calls, and we also do the planned work: bathroom and kitchen remodels, water heater replacements, heating systems, and re-piping.
Because we are licensed for plumbing, heating and gas fitting, one team can take care of the water, the drain, the gas line and the heat, instead of three separate trades pointing at each other.

THE DETAIL
What a bathroom or kitchen remodel actually involves
If you are renovating, the plumbing has to be right before the tile goes on. Here is what we take care of:
- Reviewing the layout before demolition so the drains and vents will actually work
- Moving supply lines and drain lines to suit the new fixture positions
- Rough plumbing set, pressure tested and ready for inspection
- Shower valves, tub fillers and carriers set at the correct height and depth
- Finish plumbing: fixtures set, trimmed, sealed and tested
- Coordination with your tile setter, carpenter or general contractor

FAQ
Common questions
Do you do small jobs, like one leaking faucet?
Yes. A single faucet, a running toilet or a seized shut-off valve is a normal call for us. You do not need to have a big project to get us out.
Can you replace a water heater the same day?
Often, yes. It depends on the size and type you need and what we have available. Call (617) 771-9820 and we will tell you honestly what is realistic rather than promising something we cannot do.
Do I need a permit for plumbing work in my home?
Some work requires a permit and inspection: gas piping, water heater replacements, heating work and new plumbing on a remodel usually do. We tell you up front when a permit is required and handle the process.
Will you protect the floors and clean up?
Yes. We cover the work area, keep the mess contained, and clean up before we leave. It is your home, not a job site.
My water pressure is bad everywhere in the house. Can you fix that?
Usually. Low pressure throughout a house is normally a failing pressure-reducing valve, a partially closed main valve, corroded galvanised piping or an undersized water service. We diagnose which one it is before recommending anything.
